Morning:

1 pill: 2000UI Vitamin D3, 100mcg Vitamin K2
1 pill osteocare: 400mg calcium, 200UI Vitamin D3, Some little magnesium and 5MG Zinc
1 pill 225mg Magnesium Chelate Bisglycinate

Night

1 pill 1000mg Omega 3 Fish Oil: 500mg EPA, 250mg DHA
1 pill 240mg Vitamin C, 10mg Zinc ( idk if I should take this at night and with milk or water so correct me if im wrong )
Another pill 225mg Magnesium Chelate Bisglycinate before sleep
Im 15
 
Is there anything else efficient supplement i could take
Its kind of obvious u took adivce from chatgpt for this stack up the dosage of vitamin d3 to 5000 iu and take 200 mcg of k2 and take 3g of taurine ad add collagen
