im not a meso ex unc i’m a 16 yo that spends way too much time researching compound's

and both of those solutions for insulin resistance are just to stay away from the slin meta on this forum which you have to be pretty iq to do if you don’t want to get seizures or diabetes

but ya basically reta lowers glucose levels and it kinda does counteract with the hgh prediabetic symptoms and metaformin increases insulin sensitivity but slightly lowers igf1 levels

berbine is the most comment ancillary paired with hgh but it lowers igf1 by a significant amount i would try to stay away from that
