Only body parts that are worth training are what will enhance your frame in clothes(shoulders, upper chest, lats, maybe arms)

as a fellow twig legged man, legs arent that important for attracting women but i think that quad striations and definition is aesthetic so I've been going hard on leg days lately.

It might ruin my harmony because I’m already not tall and by working out my legs it will make me appear shorter

As long as you are 5:11 or 6 and above you should not think about it

If you are 5:8-5:10 don’t do it because long legs halo a lot

I agree. Really muscular legs will make your upper body and especially your shoulder to hip ration look smaller. However, they should be trained A BIT or it will be weird. Mine are thin like a stick which wouldn't fit to a trained upper body. Just train them a bit but don't put an emphasis on legs.

Legs don’t really matter but I still work em out 4-6 times a month. You need to be proportional still you idiots.

They also help with low back posture, pelvic tilt, and core stability
