Any thing that needs to be improved?

I have one dumbbell and one barbell no bench

doing more than 3 sets and more than 5 reps in the big 25 ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

Go out and do calisthenics there pls, wtf is this :feelswhat: Just continue spamming something on biceps at night for better strength and maybe even muscle
