Rate my hormone test results. How over is it?

Test: 500ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 10.95 ng/dL
Oestradiol: 31.07 pg/m

Now:
Testosterone: 444.07 ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 8.25 ng/dL
Oestradiol: 13.37 pg/mL
Prolactin: 24.37 ng/mL

It's over for my low T and high prolactin . How did my test drop so much in 6 months? This proves I have spiritual death syndrome and am not just larping when I say that.

I was taking psych meds for a while but I stopped 2 months ago
I think it's psychological (I gave up on pursuing happiness and accepted that my lot in life is to suffer)
