Rate my horrible frame please

If you think my chest looks weird I got pectus excavatum (its sunken in) and im using vacuum bell for it so thats why its all reddish. Dont mind the small black boxes i had surgery lol. also for some reason my waist is a bit wonky idfk if i got scoliosis or some shit, plus i got bad scapular winging, plus bad rib flare on my left rib. If I were to fix the waist and my pectus excavatum what do you think the rating would be? I'm starting a test cycle in a couple days and im gonna try work my core to help fix the rib flare and i got a pullup bar at home to help my back maybe

Im not even starvemaxxing on purpose i just dont gain weight im hoping the testosterone increases my fucking appetite man

I have both been skinny and fat I dont think its about apetite its about how much you want it I drank olive oil to literally gain weight it worked for me just get the calories in liquid is better always testosterone if its not a high dosage will not get your apetite up grow some balls and pick up the fork thats the advice or you are forever sub5

I lowered my trousers a bit to try show everything, is it really bad?
It might improve when you stop starvemaxxing and run some test if you’re young but yeah you have an hourglass frame dude thats like the female beauty standard your whr fogs a lot of women jfl

Gain weight and gymmaxx desperately, run a cycle if possible

Also how tall are you? Either you have a really long torso or you’re incredibly narrow

im only 178 cm 😂 my friend said i got goofy proportions like as if i was 6'11. its just that im very skinny across my whole body

Is your torso long relative to your legs? If not you’re probably just really narrow
How much do you weigh dude? You look genuinely anorexic and starved, please pick up the fork for your own health

I used a smart scale before (not saying its super accurate obv) but it said i was 5% BF, ive got very little muscle and very little fat. I'm 51kg at 178 and i constantly feel like dog shit. Ive tried to bulk before but its done fuck all. WHR ratio i measured is 0.81-0.82. I've been like this my whole life, im gonna run a 16 week 500mg test e cycle and I'm gonna start meal prepping. I dont wear t shirts ever because i look bad. Appreciate u trying to help

Damn man thats rough. What have you been eating to bulk? Whilst some people have (marginally) different metabolism most skinny people fail to bulk because they don’t realise how much they’re supposed to eat. If you’re eating clean you need 3 square meals every day of protein, carbs and fats at decently large portion sizes, maybe some junk on the side just for extra easy cals
If you can’t gain weight even in a proper surplus get your health checked. I knew a guy like that and he had some gut issue where he wasn’t absorbing most of his nutrients and had to get surgery
But yeah you’re absolutely gonna feel like shit when you’re that skinny and malnourished diet and mass gain should be your top priority

When I tried bulking for a month and a half i saw no changes to weight except my skin got even shitter and gave up. I was just eating everything whether it was unhealthy or not. Have you been counting your macros and calories?
At your height and weight you probably have a maintenance of like 1500-2000 or something not counting exercise, aim for min 2500-3000 calories a day religiously for a bit

Whilst chicken and rice is great its not ideal for bulking if you’re starting off super skinny and not being able to eat enough. The whole point is that its a lean way to get your protein and carbs (a favourite for the cut), so its more food and protein for less calories. If you can eat it all and hold it down in large enough quantities then its fine but if you don’t have a big appetite then you might struggle to gain weight, so make sure you’re hitting your calorie goals. Mass gainer shakes and other dubiously healthy ways to pad calories can help starting out

I know this might be a little unrelated but will my level of aromatisation be different since i have a very low bf %? Would I have to alter AI dosage
