Maybe there is some diffrence but angle and lighting makes that the easiest fraud ever. Even changing tounge posture could result in that tiny diffrence jfl

Not that big of a difference ngl. You can’t rlly raise your hyoid unless your in adolescence and even then it’s still kinda cope. And plus you have downward growth so ur kinda cooked ngl
