birth - 16 Years i never held hands. i started ascending with 15 but it really only got better now at 17. For ascension i had to completely change diet since germany pumps sugar in all foods, even bread.. i did boneswelling, fixed posture, trained facial muscles to control them and obviously started jutting, i used menpen for my eyebrows, i dyed my eyelashes, i purposely damage my hair so it has more volume because of my forehead. and soon i will hardmaxx and get a hair transplant + rhino
