farmers food. i wouldnt say im on a primal diet, i drink raw milk tho since i just cba about "heating" the milk before drinking it.
i've always had a strong immune system so the milk doesnt show any negative sides anyways.

my other foods are all local too, normal eggs from the farmer, potatoes, all kinds of meat and similar.
i basically stopped buying at discounters since everything is fueled with sugar or thousands of chemicals.

Go support the local farmer and buy something out of his little store, almost all my farmers got vending machines /
little 24/7 stores where u can buy any type of stuff. same goes for other foods like honey or sweeter things

Jo geh bald auch mal wieder gym wegen kfa, obwohl high cortisol is.
