im sorry brother, i try to reply to everyone

i grew with a better diet e.g cutting processed foods with high sugar, consuming more quality flesh and in general

i switched from a supermarket to my local farmer for every product. also triggering igf1 is the main key i think..

just search "how to naturally trigger igf1" its about nutrient intake etc.

and of course a little bit of genetic, because everyone has a growing limit. most people just dont get there
