big difference what lemborexant does is it tells your body to turn of orexin (ORX1 and ORX2) which is the chemical that keeps your body awake, so it indirectly will also increase melatonin production and you’ll be guaranteed 7+ hours of quality sleep and it also increases REM sleep and slightly deep sleep while lowering light sleep, i don’t have insomnia either but i just use this because it’s so good, the half life is 18 hours so you might feel drowsy the next day that happened to me for a little until it just stopped, a better one is daridorexant but it’s hard to source and the half life is 8 hours
