Your chin/philtrum is too high, so get that chin a bit shorter. Your bigonial width also seems too big, so fix that too. Your lower/upper lip ratio is pretty ideal, but your mouth/nose width ratio is a bit low so maybe get alar base reduction ot commissuroplasty to fix that as well
