Looks like a troubled kid. But I don't condone bullying either. Maybe if you explained what he did to you then it'd be easier to sympathize, but then again if he's really that much of a fuck-up as you say he is then you probably shouldn't feel the need to bring him down further, as presumably he's already on a downward spiral.
