My mom makes me breakfast before my job and I eat less than half of it,then I come home after my job at 17 and my parents prepare me lunch and they leave for beach
I throw away my lunch in the garbage bin
And then when they come back they prepare me dinner which I throw up
Plus Iam drinking 1-3 coffees a day and smoking shit ton of cigarettes and using aromasin almost daily
Anorexia maxing

I already lost 1kg in one day

AFAIK your decently build for you age and already did a cycle right ? You would lose everything. Your body will start to use your muscles as fuel. Besides that you’re gonna not be able to do shit on that low of calories.
Just be active and don’t eat enough will get you much better results. Not just in the long run but also in the short term

like 1.5 k calories minimum

Keep in mind you are losing what was left in your digestive system. If you don’t eat you’re gonna weight less simply due to that. And yes starving gets you lean. But not the lean you want. You will lose all your muscle like this. And try this for 2 weeks and your brain is mash

it is better to take 2 grams of dnp a day. So you get 0% bodyfat easily
