I've been insecure about my philtrum recently.

I think that's just the angle. I have a round cuckish chin. My first surgery will be genioplasty.
How much wider does my mouth need to be?

I measured it to be exactly 50. Idk, am I autistic?

might be lens distortion, or you might have measured it wrong cuz mm are hard to be accurate

Hard mew+mse +FMS can move your upperpalate forward and lips more produce giving illusion of smaller philtrum
thats why u see niggas with horse faces usually have long philtrum too

Philtrum is 15mm so ideal range but not short. Mouth is indeed narrow 50mm
