It's just short hair grown from a buzz cut. I don't care to do anything fancy with my hair, my cranium suits short/buzz. What can I do to get to HTN?

As someone a little familiar with the pheno you don't look Jewish to me though in all fairness they do come in all shapes and sizes. Usually the only cure for a narrow face is some form of augmentation of the midface though unfortunately the only way to achieve such is through surgery.

(This example is from a FFS procedure for a transgender individual so it's only shared to show the effect of implants in widening a narrow face)

fuck is that facial hair dye your hair black and your eyebrows a darker color and get a more modern haircut and cut that goofy beard and stach and you should ascend pretty hard
