Now my plan is:
- Lefort I Osteotomy with CCW Rotation and BSSO
- Chin wing osteotomy or jaw wraparound implant
- Jaw ange implants
- Cheekbones implants
- Rhynoplasty
- Otoplasty
- Temporal lift for getting a more pretty/hunter eyes

And my height is 170 cm (5.6 ft), i wan't to gain on Limb Lengthening 10 cm.

Lets share you looksmaxx experience and tell me where is the best place to get all this surgeries? I am planning to get it on USA/Europe.
And what is the estimate cost of that?

your jaw and chin already seems projecting. Your jaw ends close at the same plane of the browridge which is considered ideal. the lefort 1 would be minimal. I am pretty sure a surgeon will reject you. CCW would also be minimal.

Cant see jawline from front well. Not sure about this one. Could use a little bit wider jaw.

- Jaw ange implants

Jaw angle seems fine. Slightly too much fat. surgeon will reject prob.

- Cheekbones implants

Cant rate this one well. would say slightly more mass is ideal. risky since a little bit is needed.

- Rhynoplasty

Nose is projecting too forward.

I used 2x per day mutant mass. This give me +1000 calories per day. Don't help enough (i was 54-55 kg max)

Maybe you have vertical maxillary deficiency (hard to tell without seeing you smile, or cephs) but if not, then honestly the 10cm LL height increase will do far more for your results than anything else you mentioned.

10cm is too much. You would have to do 2 operations lasting at least 2 years in total. You would have to lengthen both femur and tibia.
It would be much better to go for 6-8cm which would mean you would only have to do one operation in the femur which is much safer and will take a lot less time to recover
