SLEEP
triying to fix sleep shedule but currently its hard because im not alone
anyway i try to sleep a lot like 9 hours and take naps
HAIRCUT
letting hair grow on top and dont cut too short on sides, keep hair moist
EYEBROWS :
Shaping every 2nd week to keep them in check
Diet and Hydration
3-4l Water to stay hydrated consistently
increased my calorie intake again to 2000 speed up metabolism to allow recovery and growth 180 -200g protein clean diet
more saturated fats, coconut oil , etc no vegetable oils,more meat

APPLYING VASELINE MORNING AND EVENING TO THE ROOTS
GROOMING WEEKLY
