That part of Mumbai is so posh, that the girls there are ashamed to speak Hindi or Marathi, the local language. They only like American English and so speak in that weird accent that is neither Indian nor American since they try to hide the accent of their mother tongue as much as possible. End result "Chwenchy rupees baiiya" which in proper English would be "Twenty rupees bhaiya (bhai synonym)"
