im 6’5 wit 6’8 wingspan good punching form explosive jabs explosive legs can dunk twice ur neck size standing up wider shoulders more muscular shoulders bigger lats and traps bigger hands bigger knuckles + i can see in the vid ur legs look flat whereas ppl wit muscular legs have shaped quads

no chance am gettin knocked out by u id rather kill myself

The kicks you did at the end should only be used as practice.

There are many different types of kicks as you know, to be used for different situations.

Muay Thai teaches you to swing back your hand when you kick. Thats nonsense and only for power.

You ain't got the time to swing your hand back and get back to your stance in elite MMA striking/UFC.

Kicking is a useful tool for volume/combos. I ain't gonna comment on all that since I still have alot to learn.

Yesterday I was freestyling which to me is great for discovering possible sequences.

Yeah sure Bruce Lee said "I'm not afraid of the man who practiced a 1000 different kicks but the one who practiced a single kick a 1000 times"

I feel like freestyling is great for self-discovery and self-expression and being unpredictable.

Yeah sure you can be a gizmo freestyling machine but you can get counter punched with the right timing and moves.

Anyways I think freestyling should be mixed with responding to realistic, likely sequences.
