With surgery or proper posture. Atleast you have a wide maxillia but not so good zygos. You also have bad bigonial angle that can be easily fixed with a mandibular expander

You could if you want go to mewingshop.com and do it yourself. And orthos dont give a fuck about a couple of mm (speaking of experience). You could try to persuade your ortho to give it to you and say you have sleep apnea and want help to treat that
