wake up at 6 am, right after getting out of bed I do 30 pushups and 30 crunches just to activate my body and get blood flowing, nothing extreme just enough to wake up physically and mentally, then I sit on my bed for a minute or two, do a quick body scan, and consciously express gratitude this helps me start my day grounded

I take a normal warm shower and finish it with about 45 seconds of cold water i don’t do cold showers for looksmaxxing or cope reasons, i do them for mental health they improve my mood, sharpen my focus, and reduces depressive inertia for the rest of the day, it’s one of the most consistent tools i’ve found for mental clarity

After that i do my skincare and hair routine, get dressed properly and put on my cologne and watch

then i take my supplements, prescribed medication, and drink my breakfast shake while listening to music i sing out loud. this isn’t random singing lowers social inhibition, trains vocal confidence, and helps me not be like depressed or at least not look like it, it makes me more socially open, then I go out to my balcony for a few minutes to get sunlight while listening to music

after that, I spend around 30 minutes learning, currently focusing on psychology and human behavior, I keep it practical and finish with 15 minutes of writing what I learned and how I can apply it in real life, so it actually sticks

I usually finish everything by 8:00–8:15 am and head to school. This routine isn’t about optimization for its own sake. It’s about starting the day mentally clear, socially uninhibited, well groomed, and disciplined which directly carries over into looksmaxxing

Drop the meds
I hope to be able to do so one day, I need my psychiatrist to approve of it tho since I suffer from severe depression I can't just drop them, it would probably cause me to relapse
