Your ipd is pretty high (could be a product of focal distance while taking picture), and your chin to philtrum ratio is pretty high as well. Ideally, it would be greater than or equal to 2.1:1 (to my knowledge). IMO, there is nothing wrong with high ipd, especially with your eye area. It’s a trait scouts look for. For your philtrum: you could get surgery or grow a mustache. Again, not that big of an issue.

To improve my chin to philtrum ratio, do you think it would be better to get surgery to lift the upper lip or to get chin filler?

Would an orbital box osteotomy also be good for the eye area?
