I was 17 here, no gym. 191cm 73kg. Look how skinny i am yet my neck is bigger than most guys

if i stop gymcel i will go back to this eventually.

after 3 months of ab training (this is my goal physique to come back to)

Nah my neck is pretty big ngl u can only see half the neck tho
