Your ramus is Not properly developed idk if you can fix that But you if its possible you should , your jaw lacka angularity because of it

Don’t listen to psl autists, but for my opinion
1. Your ramus comes out on a real odd angle, a ramus should ideally practically be vertical.
2. That’s either caused by the mad jutt you’re doing or just a weird shaped ramus. In theory I’m pretty sure due to bone hypertrophy chewing hard gum should fix that or something not sure
3. Overall not bad, good definition but makes it really hard to tell with the jutting so I’m not saying too much. Also I think ur chin might be slightly recessed but it’s prolly not too bad without the jutting but once again I can’t tell

Appreciate the response. Yeah, my ramus is fucked. For some reason I must not have developed properly during puberty and childhood because my whole bone structure is lacking, not just in the face. I’m short, got small wrists, small skull etc. I don’t believe I’ve got an underbite though regardless of what people above were joking about I was jutting but only slightly so it’s probably that throwing it off. Gonna do some research on surgeries for ramus now. Thanks

Midface hypoplasia is when Midface is essentially flat (flat cheeks sunken eye sockets) while lower third protrudes giving u an underbite appearance. Two ways to deal with it: Lefort 3 (hard to get tbh) or lefort 1 + zygo implants

I don’t know though bro. Lefort 3 seems risky as fuck. What if you come out looking worse than before there’s no going back. I manage to get female attention at the minute anyway and I have good harmony as a whole. What if trying to get better bones makes me look worse? It’s a massive gamble
