Like tbh I'm avoiding getting lean like 8% for fear of getting frustrated because sometimes I think I'm going to get really much better but I'm afraid I won't.
PSL 5 is my dream I don't need anything else if I could achieve it with looksmax counting my height is very good

Are you afraid of being disappointed in losing weight?

You should at least try, if you stay where you are now it won't do you any good, although if you really want ascend, I think you should probably try surgery

I will, but my cope is that with 14% bf they say I'm HTN in the photos maybe with 8% I can increase 0.5 psl but let's see in January I'll start because my bulking is going very well so I won't throw away the work , but thanks for the help
