Tbh I think the only thing throwing it off is facial expression, your face looks very tense, not relaxed, and like others have said, it looks like cheeks are being sucked in.
With all that being said, I can imagine you would look much better with a natural, relaxed expression in a candid photo, and I would personally suspect you’re at least a solid 6.5 or so.
I am very curious- How has the midface implant experience been for you so far? I gotta say, they look extremely natural on you, nothing uncanny at all. Ideal results. Do they feel odd having them? Or do they just feel like a natural part of your face now? Do people treat you differently at all? Or has anyone you knew previously commented on your improved looks?
