Brow fillers rarely produce good results and are not "low risk", infact they are high risk.

And most of them don't lower the eyebrows at all.

u seem pretty knowledgeable when it comes to surgeries can u check out this thread and tell me if theres any realistic options for me.

all the options for my ipd seem insanely dangerous and risky so avoid those. i want to reach cl but cant rly spot anything else to hardmax on my front

Your nasofrontal angle is decimated from the ultra under projected nose and the lack of browridge
Even more Browridge don’t change that
