Softmaxxing won’t give him the results he wants, i can see a mild-moderate sphenoid asymmetry and in result of that his eyes are not leveled and ramus length on both side are different. It can be lense distortion but if it’s not no softmaxxing will give you noticeable results

True I believe in softmaxxing but it only works drastically in the early stages of puberty tanner 1- maybe 3. Just having your head perfectly aligned with your spine and sleep on your back will prevent it from getting worse and if you’re lucky you will get some symmetry from it
