Both, I had an RPE which saved my life but also had 4 extractions, ideally I wouldn’t have any extractions and just 2 rpe’s.
After my RPE got my first gf and ended growing a ton of bone. Just pissed knowing I have Chad and Stacy genes

I mean they were growing near horizontal as well. Mine were fixable with braces though, I had enough width space on palate but for some reason they just grew up like that
