I don't think an orthodontist would approve you for a palate expander. Marpe is only mainly applied in severes case of overcrowding, sleep apnea or difficulty breathing.If you experience any of these airway related symptoms, i don't think an orthodontist would say you are eligible for a marpe

MSE is overhyped shit literally,if at least 8 of ur teeth shows while u smile ur good and dont need an mse,expansion doesnt always mean good.
