ghk-cu 3.75mg is solid, but bpc-157 should be more like 250–500mcg daily. for skin, add epithalon (anti-aging), tb-500 (healing), maybe melanotan II for tone. cjc-1295 + ipamorelin helps boost GH = better skin texture. keep stress low, sleep deep, stay off sugar. that’s the glow stack.

yes if dosed correct go slow like 50 mcg. increase 25 mgc everyday. I dosed 350 mcg on the third day put the whole needle inside myself i fainted and almost died so yeah just dose smart.
