i did at home workouts with 3kg dumbells for like 1 or 2 months before that, 2 sets of lateral raises 75 reps and 2 sets of bicep curls 150 reps, now at the gym i go like 3 or 4 days a week, do 4 exercises sometimes even 3, 4 sets of 10 reps, i need to do more sets per muscle group tho but i dont have enough time
