You reckon I’ve been leaner on sub 200g carbs diet and it’s all been gone I don’t think it’s fat I’m pretty sure it’s bloat as I’m on around 800g carbs a day and my aldosterone is very spiked atm from test and I have been front loading sodium pre workout for max pump I have Eplernone on the way but would u say Aquilix or Lemmon bottle at 16 is good ??

trust me brah, there is face fat that will never go, face fat is the most hardest to get rid of but it will make so much change if u burn the last bit there
