what if he took roids? how many years would it take then
i cant speak for roids, as i have never taken them, the reason i say 5 years, is that hes gonna have to do advanced exercises in order to target the fundamental issue in his physique, which is his hips. I believe there are 1 exercise that truly targets this issue. And that is the L-sit pullup/chinup/neutral grip pullup.

It will take years to build up to do this exercise strict form, fully extended arms at the bottom, fully extended legs in a L-sit, and the bar touching the upper chest. That, and only that, will build the V-taper through maximum contraction. Ive tried every single back exercise, and there is no exercise that even comes close to the L-sit pullup, when it comes to the V-taper build.

interesting, I never see gym goers or even calisthenics people for that matter mention L sit pull-ups, looks good tho if they really are that good at building a vtaper

U will understand it once u doing these for reps. They will hit the lower lats like no other (it has to be fully proper form though) thus giving the illusion of narrower hips as the lower lats widen!

Its possible to do it in 3 years, however u need to be knowledgeable about what to do in the gym etc, good form. Most gym goes dont know what they're doing

it would be over for anyone if they didnt gymcel, but even if they gymcel, those regular exercises are all a big scam, u gotta think out of the box, especially as a natty

Nearly everything. Im in the belief that the only thing people should work on are the v taper. Arms etc doesnt really matter. Sure i do have a push day, But the only reason i have that is because i need my back to rest for a day.

3x banded face pulls with external rotation behind the neck press

On push day

3x ring dips with rto for reps
3x rto pushups for reps
3x dumbell single arm z press hammer grip for reps

Thats my routine for now and it allows me to go gym every single day Fresh. Ive tried 4x sets per exercise But that was too much.
