workout routine is push/pull/legs (monday/thursday is push, tuesday/friday is pull, wednesday is legs). i also wrestle for my highschool so that helps with cardio is overall muscle growth. my diet is honestly mid but i try to eat protein in natural forms like eggs, ground turkey (absolutely underrated protein source), and try to avoid highly processed foods. i spam energy drinks and caffeine to fuel myself which isnt that good but thankfully it hasnt messed me up.whats your workout routine and diet
