I started when I was about to turn 15 man its not that impressive. I have a lot of my workouts and progress logged the increase has been very slow and natty. For reference hit 225 bench at 16 and 305 lbs recently 2 years later still haven't even hit 315 after 3 attemptsNatty... lol yeah sure

Touching 315 by the end of 18 and being that jacked is insane and unheard for a recent hs grad. I knew a few guys in hs who could get 3 plates but they were like 200-300 lbs and not lean at all and just very bulky but strong.

I've always noticed dudes who are between 5'10 and 5'11 have the best physiques, to the point of being questionable but I think thats the consolation prize for being so close to 6 feet and not being 6 feet. Don't get on gear. It's not worth fucking up your thyroid, collagen, mental health and virtually everything for a bit more muscle that will never be enough. You take one drug to look nice you'll do everything in the book not to loose it. It's like flying first class or private. Once you have it you'll never let go. Watch any dude who came off gear after a decade. The withdrawal is unspeakable and they have to pin TRT for the rest of their life and they are so dependent on it it's a pity. Imagine you needing to travel or if shit hits the fan wherever you live, which it will one day, and you have to scramble for your vial and pin. Then it runs out and your withdrawal will happen when you need as much stability as possible. Just don't.MK677 on the way

Same with deadlift max was 215 kg, numbers aren't that impressive compared to the bench. I've been focusing on calisthenics more now. Recently hit my first muscle up now im trying to get 10 consecutive ones. Handstand push-ups are definately a dream. When I say gear I mean mk677 and maybe rad. I don't specifically wanna get much bigger just look dryer and get the hgh benefits.Why in the name of all that is holy would you even dream of touching steroids with your physique
