Currently 185lbs. Going to lean down more and prioritise lats and shoulders more, I think its time to hop on something though

Looking into LTR with a chick I fucked right when summer started. Don't really like sleeping around, get extremely anxious about ONS. Last two times I was gonna hook up with a chick before the one I am currently talking to backed out while they were naked cause I wasn't sure about fucking lol

Being honest, I think your physique is more or less maxed out for female gaze, a tiny bit leaner and slightly thicker/ more visible Abs and u will be 10/10 physique, I really don't think its worth hopping on gear for you

Yea sleeping around is over rated. Better to have a bunch of hot gf vs just banging random whores.

It's also hard on the body going out late and drinking and then trying to be productive the following day.

I started when I was about to turn 15 man its not that impressive. I have a lot of my workouts and progress logged the increase has been very slow and natty. For reference hit 225 bench at 16 and 305 lbs recently 2 years later still haven't even hit 315 after 3 attempts

Could be a top 1% genetic freak but now days so many fake nattys claim genetic freak.

All I know is in my hs no one ever got that level of a body natty.

thank you bro thats what I was currently looking at, have been doing more cardio and hitting abs almost daily. The gear that I was looking at was mostly to get really dry and lean as well as to increase hgh production for hair,skin, and maybe height (cope)

There was one guy who is on roids who had tiny legs. Middle aged. Recessed subhuman who was calling a 18 year old as big as you on roids. It's projection I called him out and crowned him he's just bitter he's tiny while being on roids.

You are clearly natural and look really well.

225 at 16, most fully grown adults can't even do that. It's considered a massive benchmark in the lifting community especially sub 200 lbs. Curious what was your weight at that lift

Touching 315 by the end of 18 and being that jacked is insane and unheard for a recent hs grad. I knew a few guys in hs who could get 3 plates but they were like 200-300 lbs and not lean at all and just very bulky but strong.

Very impressive but either insane genetics or using gear

thank you appreciate the feedback, I have good genetics for sure but my frame isn't that large and I feel like my body comp is very naturally attainable. I've hit the gym for almost 4 years very seriously and have played Rugby for 10 years so the base was already there

For reference I am turning 19 in 4 months so not freshly 18. 225 at 16 was halfway to 17, probably around 170 lbs maybe more I have a video of when I hit it.

Yeah I'd say you have pretty well genes tbh. Many need roids to look like you and will ca anyone like you to be on roids on instagram posts to feel better about themselves it actually pisses me off.

I've always noticed dudes who are between 5'10 and 5'11 have the best physiques, to the point of being questionable but I think thats the consolation prize for being so close to 6 feet and not being 6 feet. Don't get on gear. It's not worth fucking up your thyroid, collagen, mental health and virtually everything for a bit more muscle that will never be enough. You take one drug to look nice you'll do everything in the book not to loose it. It's like flying first class or private. Once you have it you'll never let go. Watch any dude who came off gear after a decade. The withdrawal is unspeakable and they have to pin TRT for the rest of their life and they are so dependent on it it's a pity. Imagine you needing to travel or if shit hits the fan wherever you live, which it will one day, and you have to scramble for your vial and pin. Then it runs out and your withdrawal will happen when you need as much stability as possible. Just don't.

my most recent OPH was 105 kg but it was with slight leg drive. Stopped squatting two years ago but max was 183. Same with deadlift max was 215 kg, numbers aren't that impressive compared to the bench. I've been focusing on calisthenics more now. Recently hit my first muscle up now im trying to get 10 consecutive ones. Handstand push-ups are definately a dream. When I say gear I mean mk677 and maybe rad. I don't specifically wanna get much bigger just look dryer and get the hgh benefits.

this is what I am striving for at the moment, trying to lean down to that and thank you bro. gonna most likely switch to carnivore diet like @Prettyboy and see what results I get from it

already been getting leaner, never tracked calories since I started working out, might if I see my body fat plateau but so far I feel that switching to carnivore diet and just slowly increasing my cardio will most likely be enough. Carbs just bloat me very quickly. Been biking and running

at least track food for a couple of days. To check how you are doing, when you dos as you do currently, aka, when winging it based on feeling.

counting calories isn't gonna make as drastic of a change at this stage I feel like when I've gotten this far without it. I have built pretty good intuition of how much I need to be eating and etc. Also counting calories to cut isn't gonna help secret more hgh like mk will lol regardless I am not sure about it yet

You haven't tried either SARMs or counting calories before, and your goal is to lower your bodyfat

There's proven studies showing how tracking your protein/carb intake while cutting can help you do this

People take SARMs and other chemicals for building muscle, gaining weight and general, and sometimes also cutting

Why do you trust Chinese tranny chemicals over something that you can immediately apply to yourself today with no unintended consequences/ unresearched effects? You're about to royally fuck yourself with the dumbest possible reasoning
