Rate my physique Looksmax.org. Skinny-fat 23M Indian looking for advice.

Meat tastes bland and makes me sick. But I will take all of your people's advice and try to adjust to a diet with more meat in it.
Just incorporate meat slowly
Increasing the amount each week since your body is probably not used to digesting or sum shi like that

i am 21% sure you are trolling now/someone's alt but anyways

Indian food is tasty but fucking ass nutritionally

especially when you redact the already limited amounts of meat that they eat, then its truly over.

only Jatts can survive on a vegetarian diet with their Jatt shenanigans. All other indians must eat meat or end up looking like you, no offense
Makes sense. I regret not growing up eating meat. I wish my parents didn't force me to be vegetarian.

These are from 5 months ago when I still lived in India I believe. I am currently overseas due to wageslaving. I know it's bad, someone said something about a bad pelvic tilt.
brutal, are you wageslaving in the west?

I've only ever had cooked meat. Are you saying that I should eat it raw?
Go ahead if you want to eat it raw
But if you're going to cook it, you need the right seasonings and shi, YouTube and internet is free

Sounds about right. Any tips on how to cook it? How long do you cook it for, what seasonings do you use etc.

Hmm what's the easiest one to digest. In other words which one do you experience the least amount of nausea and side effects from, if any?

I don't.
Also I wouldn't know which one to start with if you are feeling nauseous

Someone else said something about bone broth. Do you know what that is? Maybe I should try that first before eating meat.

I think I will start introducing animal products into my diet with either eggs or bone broth since they seem the most vegetarian friendly. I just looked up bone broth apparently it's just a liquid. And after that I will take your advice and cook chicken breast with an air fryer thank you good sir.

Big slab of meat, massage with salt and black pepper on all sides.
Turn heat high, wait like a min or two
Put your choice of oil (I cut a piece of the fat off the steak and cut finely to use as my oil)
Then place steak facing away from you.
Wait.
Flip.
Wait.
Flip to thin side.
Wait

Flip to thinner side.
Wait.
Flip.
Turn heat low.
Put lots of butter and thyme in the pan and tilt the pan.
Baste the steak.
Place on chopping board for 7 mins.
Eat. (With hands, ripping using your teeth)

Last time I asked you to rate my face and there was a lot of constructive criticism. I know I'm not the best looking guy on this forum but I think I have a lot of potential if I really focus. I currently don't work out because I'm very busy with my wageslaving job these days but lately I've been very motivated to start hitting the gym again and bulking up. I've been watching a lot of motivational content like David Goggins and military videos on instagram that has really motivated me. I usually skip lunch and only eat breakfast and dinner which is why my physique is like this. I eat very little calories in a day. My diet mainly consists of vegetarian food, I do eat meat occasionally but I try to avoid it in general because it's too much for my stomach to handle. I start feeling nauseated whenever I eat too much meat in one sitting. I want to be able to eat more meat in my diet and get more protein in but I honestly have no idea where to begin. I need your help.

Increase your protein content. Doesn't matter if it's from meat or whey protein.

Track your weight and the calories you intake.
Try to eat around the same number of calories every day for a period of 2 weeks and see whether there was a consistent increase/ decrease in your weight. If your weight changes according to how you want it to, then you're good.

Start hitting the gym 3 days a week. After 1 / 1.5 months increase it to 5. Spend some time on YouTube and formulate a lifting program that suits your tolerance and time.

Good luck

When I try to eat meat I feel like I wanna vomit. My body temperature becomes really cold and I feel like I'm about to become sick. I grew up on a vegetarian diet, with very little amounts of meat. I think my body is just unable to handle it. Are protein powders a good alternative?
Try having tasty meat from good restaurants first if that's somehow more tolerable
