I know I am skinny I need to put on size and I seriously need to fix my neck muscles, otherwise what else should I work on

+ I am crooked and my muscle imbalances are nerfing me I'm going to physiotherapist to fix it

u aint skinny, id just say ur lean. Physique does look immaculate, just work on ur shoulders and back ig

great physique but your triceps and back are lacking in comparison to your great shoulders and lats, your triceps seem to be js bad genetics tho. id also reccomend hitting neck js for asthetics

Yeah my tricep genes are so shit but lately I see some progress in the reps and increase weight so I think they are getting stronger, mirin for the answer tho, what exercises do you think I should do more? For example I have no idea how to hit neck except 2 exercises and the second Is without any weight so like 50 reps lol

Fuck bro thanks I guess :lul: I was really low test till like 16-17 now I finally started doing something I will also start hitting legs and eat more primal to get rid of feminine features but most are genetical unfortunately

You are also probably the only one who gave an high iq answer lol so I just wanna ask what u think about my chest? Do you think its underdeveloped or bad genetics?

back thickness with kelso shrugs and lats fs

yeah there's not much exersizes to do for neck so I'd just recommend doing neck curls and side neck curls, to add weight just get a dumbbell (a towel too to cushion the dumbell if you want) and hold the dumbbell on your head. try not to push it down, more just keep it from rolling off your face/side of your head. I'd also recommend bilateral tricep cable pushdowns (1 set for each arm to failure) if your not doing those

it seems a little underdeveloped compared to the rest of your body but its not terrible, chest is the most genetic based muscle so I'm not fully sure if its underdeveloped but ur muscle placement for chest def ain't perfect due to it not being as long downward as it could be
