Rate my physique and give me honest feedback. I’m 6'5" (195 cm), 93 kg, and I built this over 3 years of hard training, despite having a pretty bad diet and average sleep. What muscle groups are lagging, and what should I focus on to improve them?

Mirin but consider gear its otherwise near impossible to fully fill out a 6'5" frame. Try cut since its easier to see which groups are lacking when you're lean, then post update

Thank you bro. Honestly, without a pump, good lighting, and especially in clothes, I look like I’ve never trained for more than 3 months , I’d definitely consider hopping on gear only after I’ve fully reached my natural potential, and I think I’ve still got at least 5 more years of hard work before that.

How can I get better sleep? I’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work for me. Do you have some hardmax methods?

melatonin before sleep + ashwagandha for lowers cortisol become the easiest way and sleep 9-10 hours

Melatonin is shit. Sometimes I take 5 - 10 mg, and I fall asleep fast, but then I wake up in like 1 h...

Also, I try EVERY form of ashwagandha, and KSM66 is best for all people I know, but for me, I don't feel ashwagandha...

One capsule is like 1 mg. I use Ostrovit melatonin. I definitely wouldn't take 30 capsules at once lol. The more I take, the faster I feel asleep, but then I wake up faster...

500 calorie deficit for about 15-20 weeks
