imo, alot of dudes here are going in to critical on msall details. Asif a dude needs to ave perfect top 99.99% body shape.

Saying like Your body shape = like 95 percentile.
If your face is also 95 percentile.
You ARE a local Chad.

Being top 90 percenatile, if every of decent importance = local mogger Chad.

Thanks bro, sadly face is more like 50% but I’m not a virgin at 16.5 so I guess things could be worse.

imo, you are entering body wise the zone of: "deminishing returns"
Meaning; to imporve more takes alotof effort for limited results in SMV increase. If you really like gymmaxxing, can do obviously, or hhas some gaosl outside of SMV. Oterwise I would put in the effort needing for maintenance mode, and staying lean.

Obviously, face improvements. Is where you can make the biggest SMV gains.
The question is, for yourself, if you can softmaxx your face to better looks level or not.

So I will continue gymmaxxing just because I like being Dom in social situations, I’ve also been using peptides and aromasin for height to boost my smv. I’d say with face if I sort out my mild/moderate acne and get a wider neck I’m easily a htn but the problem with my face is that although my harmony, symmetry and eye area are good my lower third is slightly recessed and my mandible size in the saggital plain is below average. This can be fixed with bimax + genio and this would ascend me to chadlite/Chad tier. I appreciate the advice tho bro.
