I was fat in my teens. I'm at 12% bf now, kinda like you in terms of shape but less bulky, any my abs are more "wiry"

I'm at 12% and I used to be fat. I'm much more wiry and slimmer than OP, and I have quite a lot of muscle in my glute/leg area. Slightly smaller waist and less bulky.
I stay away from all types of roids/hgh.

they don't fuck around here, like a 19 year old fucking a 16 year in Texas is called "endangerment to a child" so potentially 2 years in prison... maybe. maybe probation.

lawyer will cost you 20,000 minimum. to get out of jail will cost money...

when it comes to sexual crimes, public urination for example in Texas... 2 separate convictions falls under "indecent exposure", 2 convictions requires you to be a sex offender for 10 years minimum.

but it's all about money, when states require you to be a sex offender those states receive additional federal funding.
