you've got decent BF percentage but not much physique. I don't know what type of body u want, but if you care about being big then ur about a 3/10, u'd need to put on much more muscle. However, if you just want to be low body fat percentage you're okay i guess

Physique is fine, won't set you back and is sort of the minimum you need to be considered someone with an attractive body. But that physique is only considered hot if you have the face of a chadlite or Chad. Otherwise, way too small to garner attention or attraction on its own.
