Your lower hips are crazy man, but Gandy had that and he did okay. Just focus on lats and delts to get wider from the upper body
 
take 45mg k2 mk4 while violently hitting your clavicles and loop this

Slightly compared to your waist, but it’s because your rib cage is a bit small. If you work more on upper back and get leaner it should be fine.

Exactly, legs should only be trained if you have narrow hips
