I am going for this look, lean, shredded low bf % model tier body look.
My plan:
Lifestyle:
Waking up at same time everyday for structure (07:30 am) + Drinking 0.5L water first thing in the morning.
Diet:
Carnivore - Only eating foods from the animal kingdom. If I need carbs before a workout I will drink milk @Prettyboy
Supplements:
Vitamin D 5000IU
Hydrolyzed Collagen
Hyaluronic Acid + Vit C pills
Equipment:
I just bought these.
Workout:
Calisthenics everyday together with cardio. Taking rest days whenever i need to.
What do you guys think? Any feedback is appreciated!
