I am going for this look, lean, shredded low bf % model tier body look.

My plan:
Lifestyle:
Waking up at same time everyday for structure (07:30 am) + Drinking 0.5L water first thing in the morning.

Diet:
Carnivore - Only eating foods from the animal kingdom. If I need carbs before a workout I will drink milk @Prettyboy

Supplements:
Vitamin D 5000IU
Hydrolyzed Collagen
Hyaluronic Acid + Vit C pills

Equipment:
I just bought these.

Workout:
Calisthenics everyday together with cardio. Taking rest days whenever i need to.

What do you guys think? Any feedback is appreciated!

lack of carbs might be a slight issue but overall based

I have heard that those supplements are more effective when on a carnivore diet. Still gonna try it out to see if it helps.
Collagen (good quality at least) is expensive asf and it’s for minimal gains. Theoretically if u eat enough protein, ur body will convert it into enough collagen that ur body needs

I get around 500 grams for 20 dollars. Collagen 1,3 - From grass fed cows.

I have seen alot of people noticing benefits in hair,skin while on it. Could be placebo, but who knows.

Placebo. People start collagen while doing other good habits that give them the results . I know because I wasted money on collagen for 6 months and noticed no difference before and after stopping. Literally felt like I was taking powder that did nothing

Ah well i already have it at home, so it won't hurt by trying it

Have you tried hyaluronic acid pills or is it cope aswell?

Yes only reason I still take them is because I still have a years worth of supply. I think it’s cope anyway. Only legit skin supp I like is beta carotene. U see noticable results after a week

Gonna get beta carotene then, used to eat carrots everyday and i remember my skin looking really healthy during that time. Ty for the advice!

Get a gym membership if you want to see actual progress.

You need weights to progressively overload, it's hard to do that without weight.
