Man, yes, I do "mewing." I'm doing everything I know works with the help of my dentist. About chin tucks, I used to do one lying down, but nowadays I don't know if it was ideal. I would do the movement and lift my head and stay there for 10 seconds and do the maximum number of reps. Test and research to find out if it's better. About the frequency, I would do it four times a day. If it were a gym workout, then I would do other things besides chin tucks to improve posture and neck curls. I would write down the loads and train once every two days because a neck is not a triceps.Did you mew? Which kind?
