Ascension Plan


Who am I?

Young looksmaxxer, 14 y/o, 1m76 (5’9), currently high LTN / MTN.


Main Goal:
Reach HTN by September 2026.




1 – Protocol​


  • 6000–10 000 IU Vit D daily
  • 5L raw milk per week
  • Animal-based diet
  • Supplements: omega-3, zinc, magnesium, boron
  • HIIT in the morning while fasting (GH + IGF-1 boost)
  • Weight goal: 58 kg → 65 kg lean mass
  • Sleep: 8–9h weekdays / 10h weekends
  • Good hygiene (2x showers daily + skincare)
  • Eyebrows: castor oil
  • Stress management



2 – Medical / Aesthetic​


  • Dermatologist appointment Sept 28 → plan to start Accutane ASAP
  • Orthodontic treatment (3 years)
  • Regular haircuts, grooming, posture work



3 – Milestones​


  • Sept 2025: start high school well dressed, clear protocol running
  • Dec 2025: 62 kg, improved skin, social integration
  • March 2026: stable social circle, possible girlfriend, solid status
  • June 2026: 65 kg lean, acne under control, strong academic performance
  • Sept 2026: HTN achieved
