1. AAKG( L-Arginine & L-Ornithine)
2. MK-677(Ibutamoren)
3. Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc
4. Omega 3
5. D3 4000 iu + K2

I'll also try to drink 1-2 liters of raw milk every day. I'll also eat beef liver once a week and plan to make steak tartare. Besides my medications, I bought minoxidil for eyelash growth.
