1 pounds of raw liver, 422 grams

4 raw egg yolks

I'd have more raw egg yolks but I ran out of eggs after drinking 20 yesterday. And I drank the whites btw, didn't throw them out, but it tastes better to have yolks with liver together

(Btw the liver looks very black for some reason on the camera cuz of lighting, it's red irl)

This liver isn't that high quality but I already ate before from this butcher without any issues so we ball.
