this is the one I got.

First I dermaroll .25mm.
Then I do blue light for 15 minutes on face
followed by redlight for 15 minutes

During this 30 minute period, I meditate.

Then I do it on my balls for 30 minutes (doing right now).


I'm interested in acne, collagen, hairloss, and a testosterone boost.

i've heard 20 minutes is optimal for your tests.
for collagen i would do 20-30 minutes.

bluelight kills acne bacteria. Does it hurt to go too long?

I do 20 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. RLT is game changing. This stuff works very well.
on your balls or just your face?? And can you go into more detail? Like how long have you been using it and what changes have you noticed?

The results are immediate next day and everything described pretty much happens. My pores look smaller. My skin just looks vibrant.
